A leading pharmaceutical company seeks to recruit highly resourceful,self motivated and target driven individual to fill the position of Area Manager
Responsibilities:
* Manage the sales and medical representatives to achieve assigned targets
* Assist the sales team to expand market opportunity
* plan and organize the activities of the sales team
* Generate regular reports of activities of the sales team
* Represent company's interest in the assigned area
Qualifications/Requirement:
* B.Pharmacy degree with cognate experience in management position
* Possession of MBA will be an added advantage
* The age must be below 38 years
* Minimum of two (2) working experience
Skills
* He must possess good manpower development skills
* Demonstrate leadership skills
* Possess strong analytical skills
* Ability to drive and possession of valid driver's license
