Your mission will be to support the Finance department in the day-to-day accounting functions. This position is very hands-on and requires someone with very good basic bookkeeping & accounting skills. You will among other duties, handle the Purchase to Pay business process, reconciliations, and support reporting.

- University degree or equivalent
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
- Masters degree preferred but not essential

1.) Transport Manager
Objective
Candidate will ensure that the distribution of goods and clearing operation is of excellent service at the right time and with a competitive cost.
Job Description
* Implement and coordinate operating procedures for all transport activities and ensure complete compliance to prescribed QMS processes.
* Provide delivery of finished goods, promotion material to customers across the country at the right time and cost. Follow up and close delivery short comings.
* Procurement of transport for delivery of goods.
* Manage the team of loading section.
Requirements for Recruitment
* Must have BSC/HND in any of the social sciences with professional qualification as an added advantage.
* Must have a minimum of 3 -8yrs experience in Logistics in an FMCG company.
* Must have good analytical and negotiating skill. Should be between 30 – 35yrs of age.
2.) Stock Accountant
Objective
The Stock Accountant will be responsible for balancing and reconciling records kept and be able to research and resolve any unbalanced issues involved in the accounting procedures.
Job Description
* Record and monitor raw, packaging, finished goods material and spare part inventory and fixed asset.
* Organize stock check.
* Analyze account store record, stock record, and real asset in the store and give report.
Requirements for Recruitment
* Must have BSC/HND in Accounting with 3 – 8yrs experience in an FMCG company.
* Must have strong technical skills involving inventory reconciliation
* Proficiency in IT and software applications.
* Should be between 30-35yrs of age.
3.) Production Supervisor
Objective
Candidate will be responsible for organizing and achieving production objectives within targeted plan.
Job Description
* Ensure Production Plan is achieved.
* Monitor the implementation and compliance of SOP for all production activities.
* Ensure optimum utilization of production materials, time and manpower within set waste controls limits.
* Ensure strict adherent to safety guidelines on production line.
* Monitor and organize maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime.
Requirements for Recruitment
* Must have B.Sc/HND Applied/Food Science and Technology or Production Engineering.
* Must have a minimum of 3-8years experience in Production in an FMCG company
* Ability to manage effective and uninterrupted production process
4.) Production Machine Operators

Candidates will be Responsible for handling of blow molding machine
Requirements for Recruitment
* OND Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
* Operators should be able to troubleshoot with 1years experience

The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for processing all third party and internal vouchers, staff expense claims as well as the coding of petty cash expenses.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generating of invoices in Oracle for approved vendor’s bills and staff claims and processing them in line with company’s policy
- Liaise with relevant Shared Service departments to ensure invoices are received on time for payment
- Raising debit & Credit Notes as appropriate and ensuring appropriate journal entries are made in respect of various transactions involving Intra-company, Intercompany and suppliers.
- Processing withholding tax (WHT), VAT and Payroll Deductions. Follow-up with banks for WHT receipt, credit note and evidence of filing of VAT with FIRS
- Responsible for Cash office Functions, Including Daily Cash count and Float reimbursement
- Monitoring of staff advances and inform payroll of long outstanding cash advances for recovery from staff salaries
- Cary out Bank reconciliation, investigate and clear all outstanding Items
- Review of Bank charges & Correspondence with Banks on refunds
- Prepare financial reports, schedules and proof of relevant accounts in the general Ledger.
- Prepare schedule of outstanding payments on daily basis and seek approval for payment.
- Raise requisition on Oracle for necessary approvals
- Maintain good documentation standard that assures ease of retrieval
- Carry out other finance function as may be assigned from time to time by the Financial Accountant
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR RECRUITMENT
- 1st degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or any Social Science discipline.
