To achieve this, we require experienced and motivated candidates to fill the following vacant positions.
1. Human Resources Officers
Candidates must be familiar with the management of sufficient human resources information to be used for manpower planning to ensure compliance to policies and procedures in a large retail store. The ideal person must be analytical minded and a must always reason logically.
-Good knowledge of computer is mandatory
-The HR officer must have 3-5 years relevant experience in a large retail/ manufacturing environment
-Must have HND/Degree
2. Accountant
Candidate must be able to independently lead accounts/finance functions in all matters of accounting and accounting documentation. Journal entries and inventory management, credit control as well as be able to prepare budgets and proposal.
-Must have a good understanding of sage software and good knowledge of other accounting software
-Must have Minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience in a large retail store management environment.
-Must have HND/Degree in Accounting
-Professional qualification is added advantage.
3. Sale manager
The ideal candidate must have the capacity to enhance competitive performance and achieve set goal. He must be able to ensure optimal market acceptability, implementation of critical market penetration and growth strategies as well as the development and retention of customers.
-He/she must understand how to develop and implement marketing plans as well as have excellent communication and writing skills
-Must be ready to work under pressure/with minimal supervision
-Must be able to maximize sales and profits to the delight of management
-Must have HND/First Degree in relevant fields
-Must have worked in Sales in large retail environment for about 5 years

SALES MANAGER JOB VACANCY IN A POWER SOLUTIONS COMPANY
Our client, a power solutions company, has the following vacancy.
POSITION
Sales manager
LOCATION
Initially employed in Lagos but the company may require you to work nationwide or outside Nigeria.
SUMMARY OF ROLE
Manage and develop sales and marketing for power switching and control division
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Promote sales of power switching and control products and services for Nigeria and the surrounding region.
• Establish project list and accounts of region
• Liaise with project management to establish strategies for bidding project solution locally
• Prepare project quotations
• Deliver training/education to sales reps. & customers as required
• Respond to sales enquires
• Ensure adherence to local &international compliance in all transactions and business practices of company.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Engineering Discipline or equivalent
• Electrical Engineering Background with knowledge of power systems and association switch gear, an added plus
• Industrial knowledge/business knowledge
• Proven background in proactive sales.
